Hi LEX,
Tomorrow we have a conversation that touches a deep contradiction present in many schools:
How can we speak about student agency while adults work in structures where they have no voice?
The paradox is clear. We talk about participation, choice, and voice for students…
but most educators operate under rigid hierarchies, with little to no decision-making power.
And young people feel it. They know when we’re practicing what we preach, and when we’re just repeating empty rhetoric.
