The Forgotten Lesson...
At school, we learn
how to recite tables,
how to pass tests,
but no one teaches us
the language of the heart.
Self-love has no place in the curriculum,
though it is the most vital lesson of all,
the path inward,
the way to who you truly are.
The key to everything. To your very essence.
And all the while, your soul waits...
patiently, softly, quietly,
for you to come home to yourself.
Imagine how different the world would be
if we all learned
to love ourselves from the very start.
