I want to tell you something that nobody told me when I was young. And I wish they had. Because it would have saved me thirty years of looking for it in the wrong places.

You are enough. Right now. As you are. Before you fix anything. Before you achieve anything. Before you prove anything to anyone.

Not after the flip. Not after the money. Not after the world sees what you’ve been carrying. Right now. In your pyjamas. With your messy hair. With your cold coffee. With your bills on the counter and your doubt in your chest and your faith holding on by a thread that some days feels thinner than it should.

You are enough.

The world taught you that your value is in what you produce. What you earn. What you accumulate. What you can show people on a screen. And you believed it. Because they started teaching it before you were old enough to question it.

But I’m telling you now. From a man who had everything the world says makes you valuable. The fame. The records. The stages. The money. All of it. And I stood in the middle of all of it and felt emptier than the kid who had nothing in Gary, Indiana.

Because things don’t fill you. People fill you. Purpose fills you. The look on a child’s face when they realise someone sees them. The sound of your dog’s tail hitting the floor when you walk into the room. The voice of someone who calls you not because they need something but because they wanted to hear you breathe.

That’s value. Not the number in your account. Not the tier in your wallet. Not the allocation on your dashboard. The love you carry and the love you give and the fact that you woke up today and chose to keep going when the world gave you a hundred reasons to stop.

You are not almost enough. You are not enough once this is over. You are not enough when you finally prove them wrong.
